Freezer seal on new fridge

Hi all, we have a relatively new bottom mount fridge (bought on the 15th Feb this year) and the bottom part of the seal on the freezer door keeps popping off. Has this happened to anyone else?

That's not what we like to hear, @C_M_HIll. Could we take the full model code of your Fridge? You can find this on a label on the inside of the door.

Hi, the model is SRL455DLS. It's come out twice now, I push it back in and it seems good then it comes back out weeks later and I have no idea why. The rest of the seal is fine, it's literally just the bottom strip.

It does sound as though an engineer may need to take a look, @C_M_HIll. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, our engineers are only able to handle essential repairs just at the moment.
