Ah... no such pop up for us. I have been trying to fix my voice control issue since we updated from factory default firmware to 2.0 . Been given the run around by support for a few months now. Today they told me that during firmware update they state voice control would not function if firmware is updated (why send an update in the first place and there is no such warning) and that they had withdrawn support for voice control so I asked why is voice control sold on new fridges ... no response.

It just popped up on my fridge. I suspect it was been withdrawn as the SmartThings app does not work and US english bixby
