This update has popped up on then the fridge.
In the excitement that this was the Tizen 4.0 (Family Hub 3.0) update I proceeded.
I cant seem to find any information on this update?
Is anyone having problems connecting the family hub app on thier phone? If anyone knows how to fix the problem please let me know. I have contacted Samsung 10 times with no help. I'm frustrated!
I find the app quite flaky to be honest. I find I have to regularly log in with userid and password. I even get messages advising I have to add my account to the profile before I can access the apps features which seems to get stuck in a loop but eventually worked.
Same....I thought maybe they have a new updated app for my phone, but couldn't find anything in my app store... I also can't find the hub app on the fridge, so I think they've changed the access, but just not sure if you can connect with the phone anymore....
