I am hesitating between 3 SAMSUNG fridges but I am not seeing many differences between them so was wondering if you could specify their unique differences and provide comparisons between them.

I am surprised that the number of reviews drop dramatticaly.
This one seems to be the old model, but I am not sure. I went to John Lewis and the sales man told me that it has better functionnallity than the other 2 above which I doubt and it has no review. RF23M8080SR:
