Seems quite common for door seals ive had 6 or 7 first time happened within a week of ownership 750 pound machine never had issues before with previous brands on last replacement which was 6th time or 7th i asked for machine to be replaced as the constant breakin down was affectin the family ie school clothes etc weeks a time without a washin machin seal was replaced mesages and request ignored resolver case opened prety much ignored till march this year january 2019 was when i started now they say out of warranty dont want to no
