Wont charge

I have a  s9. When I plug in the charger it won't charge, but neither will it lose any charge whilst its plugged in. The charger definitely works because it makes a buzz when I plug it in. Any suggestions?

@benholmes: Are you using the charger that came packaged with your S9? Do you have access to another compatible charger that you can try to see if the issue persists, as this will help to determine if the problem is stemming from the charger or the phone/USB port itself.
