I have s9plus dual sim phone and use 2 Vodafone sims.
Vodafone has enabled wifi calling for our company and all iOS users are able to use the service. However on my s9+ I am unable to activate the wifi calling as I do not have the option. I went to Vodafone and they told me that Samsung has deactivated the service in one of their updates. As rest of my colleagues are able to use this service I know this is not a carrier issue as we are all under companywide contract with Vodafone. Please help as I need for this to be resolved. Are you still having this issue? If so, it may be worth asking Vodafone to remove the service and then re-provision it.
