VPN is broken in Galaxy S9

Hello everyone. I've bought brand new Galaxy S9 a week ago. For my job I have to use VPN connection, it worked fine on my iPhone, it works fine on my laptop. But on S9 it does not works. I've tried OpenVPN and AnyConnect VPNs. After connection to AnyConnect my phone stops loading of any data(e.g. web page in browser). OpenVPN lets me load pages, but traffic do not tunneled: IP does not changing. This is nonsense, why such important feature is broken in such expensive phone?

Reboot fixed problem.

I have the exact same problem. Tried with the VPN app and OpenVPN. No luck

It is very unfortunate, but it is a common problem at least. I hope there are technical specialists here.

If I set up IPSEC directly in the VPN configuration it works

Reboot fixed problem.

Rebooting will fix it for 1 connection.
After disconnecting and reconnecting the problems shows up again, it's a software based issue.

It needs to be fixed via an update to solve the problem, completely

How to get a refund? This is appalling from samsung. They won't even admit they have a problem here.

This is not a permanent solution. Can you or someone from Samsung set this topic open again?

I have the same problem, cannot connect with VPN to my office, however I can connect when I'm connected through Wifi, in public spaces. Is it possible there is no solution for such problem.

 

Samsung you really lets us down this time.
