I have had my Samsung Galaxy S9 for 6 weeks and it keeps freezing. Can this be sorted or do I need a new device. I really did not expect this from a new device

We need to establish what's causing it to freeze, @Ba-Mati. Are you doing anything in particular on the phone when it freezes? Is your software up to date? Also, let's try a soft reset on the phone to give it a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the phone restarts.
