Samsung S9+ latest update made Videos so slow to open and read

Hi guys

My Samsung S9+ latest update made Videos really slow to play. Sometimes I have to click twice or refresh if I want to play some content. This is becoming so Anoying. I wish I could go back now  to what is was before. Samsung updates are made to help our phones with daster preformace not slowing them down. Any else suffering this ...

Not on my phone @Najem 

Perhaps try settings-Apps-Youtube-Storage_Clear data.

Or if your not using youtube then choose the app.your using.

1. Turn the phone off and then from a set series of button presses go into the phones system files and clear the cache.  No info is lost this way.

If no help....

2. Back up and remove any relevant Sd card and factory reset as a last resort.

If no help.....

3. Use a Samsung Experience Store  / Samsung Service Centre.
