Samsung Pay issue (UK)

Hi all,

 

 I have an issue with Samsung Pay on my S9+... Basically it'll work once or twice and complete transactions as it should, but then trying it again later when I use my fingerprint, iris or pin it starts as it would but doesn't get to the countdown stage like it should. I've cleared the cache, deleted and reinstalled but it'll only work for a couple of transactions before deciding it doesn't want to play ball anymore. 

 

I've searched the forums and the web but can't find a solution....

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

I use Samsung Pay on my Samsung Gear s3 Frontier Watch without issue. 

 

However I use Android Pay on my Samsung Galaxy s8 phone. 

 

As an interim have you considered trying Android Pay. 

 

Regarding the issue your having with Samsung Pay on your phone as it's working intermittently then that could be something that is a glitch and not easily dealt with. 

 

A Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store maybe able to help.

That's good to know, I'll reach out to Samsung support.

Google/Android pay works perfectly but I liked the simplicity of Samsung Pay, but it's not the end of the world.
