S9 speaker phone cutting out on call

It came through yesterday. Just checked and it says it's ARD1. What's this ARD6 people are referring to? And how do you manually update?

Looks like that is an old update, you haven't yet received the new one that came thru today.

Is that with the latest update the Spanish one or the security update that you have issues,as it's not tolled out for uk yet

It would appear that "she" was! Thank god, I was thinking that because I'd received the update yesterday, that that must have been it, but I guess the UK are behind as usual. We're always the last to get stuff!

As long as I have my data I'm good, I don't make too many calls fortunately as I have a landline and I prefer to speak on that. However I don't like having a faulty phone and I do not like the attitude of the people in the Samsung Shop. I would therefore like a fix!
