Maybe clearing the cache might work rather than doing a full factory reset . My update is working fine and I have not done a reset. The speaker cut-out on the Sky Go app is still not resolved though which I can live with.

Anybody can confirm that phone reset helps for these who have updated to ARD4 and are still experiencing problems?

Not a single drop since i updated...I've made hundreds of minutes of call overseas, local, on the bus, in a car, in train. No drops for me..so the update dos look promising. I'm still not sure why one user is atill getting the issue. Can someone on ARD4 share a screen shot of their baseband, clean the cache and try to mak calls, and if possible, a factory reset just to see if the issue troubleshoots. It's such a pain to setup the phone again. But so far almst everyone is seeing positive results so far including me.
