Not my side update did nothing to improve issue i use this phone for my buisness not accepatable, samsung know they have a major issue and small updates are not fixing this fault
Did the most recent update a few days ago on Samsung galaxy s9 plus everything was fine for a few days. Just had 2 phone calls go silent mid call for abt 15 secs and then the call dropping. So whilst everyone may have thought the last update fixed it, quite clearly it has not fixed it.
Latest software ending in ARD4.
Intermittent silences still happen during calls. Close to 8 weeks now and they still cant fix this fault despite changing phones.. the wait goes on to make a call...
