I have been trying register a new S9 via the mySamsung page. After I enter my login details it just goes to a white page, no text etc. I have tried two PCs and three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge), as well as the two browsers on the phone so it doesn't appear to be a problem with just one device. I've also tried creating another account but same result. Is there some other way I can register my phone? Thanks

Hi Danny, Thanks for the reply. I can log in to that part of the website fine, can see the the list of services etc.
When I try to log in from this link, https://my-samsung.com/ie/mysamsung/#/not-logged-in I encounter a problem.
When I press login in it brings up the window to enter the username and password, I can enter those but when I hit submit it just goes to a white page which has the following address:

Thanks Danny. I tried the link in a private window on Firefox but it gave the same result. However, I will give it a try on my home PC this evening with Chrome.
Hi Danny, tried logging in using the link in an incognito tab in chrome but unfortuantely got the same result. One thing I forgot to mention is that each I enter my details to log in I get the email with the notification of account log in.
Hi Danny, this still seems to be an issue can you please advise if the issue with the website is likely to be resolved over the next few days or if there is an alternative route I can use to register my phone?
It's still ongoing we're afraid but we are working on it!
If you're concerned about registering your phone for the warranty, then don't worry too much, as this automatically runs for two years from the date of purchase.
