Pairong problems

First Poster

My s9+ has previously worked with many Bluetooth devices, but suddenly won't connect to my Gear S3 classic. The watch displays a pin code, but the phone doesn't, simply states incorrect pin code entered, when no code has been displayed. I have cleared the Bluetooth cache and data, reset all connections and restored the phone. What I else can I do?

Try backing up and factory resetting the watch would be my next move.

Thanks.. tried that too, but still the same problem. It is the phone not the watch. It is clearly storing the pin somewhere outside of the Bluetooth cache or data, and tries to use the old pin when repairing somehow... So 3ven offer a factory restore on both it says incorrect pin

 Samsung need to fix this.
