Only about 10% experiencing drop outs on S9/+ calls

Hi Folks

 

Okay some of you will already know Im one of many who appear to be having a call drop out problem on the S9/+ when on a phone call

 

For me it can be 10 seconds or minutes where the person on the other end of the line can't hear me

 

So, I made a video,  a sort of musical rant (excuse the singing I sound like a strangled frog I know)

The idea is to like it if you experience the same or similar?

 

But so far I'm surprised it's running at less than 10% of views to people having the problem?

 

I thought it would be a lot more than 10 percent? As I've had 3 phones so far and all 3 have done the same thing!

 

And that's to drop out during almost every phone call!

 

So if you view the video and you have the same or similar experience don't forget to "like it" (even if you...ahem...don't like the singing!)

Ok so another call to Tec as my brand new day old s9 dropped it's first call ....third phone I've had ! ...anyway they have assured me the software fix is on it's way but no date as and when ! ...really ....so this is how we are treated , with no real urgency...thanks samsung ...nice work ...... they said in the next couple of weeks !

The worry for me there is...

 

If the fix comes out in a few weeks and it doesn't work? It's going to be too late to cancel my contract and get something else

 

Still can't believe less than 10 percent are liking to say they have the problem if you like me are on your 3rd phone doing the same thing!

 

And how can Samsung keep replacing faulty phones if they know these phones are going to be fixed!  I don't get it tbh

On the bigger discussion thread about this problem it seems that the phones (mainly but not all) affected by this problem are those that are SIM free which of course is every phone purchased through the Samsung upgrade scheme

 

I have added a comment to my video asking people to let me know if they are SIM free if they are dropping out like I still am?
