Navigation bar colours

I have seen countless videos and articles about changing the colour of your nav bar (especially on demo phones). For some reason I can't do that on my Galaxy S9. If it has been removed, please add it back.

@LunaStar: The option to change the colour of the navigation bar isn't present in the settings unfortunately. Some themes, accessible via Settings > Wallpapers and Themes > Themes will change the colour of the bar to correspond with the overall colour scheme, however this cannot be customised. Apologies for any disappointment this may cause.
