Language problem on Samsung Members

Can you check if it change something when you Log-In VIA Samsung Internet Forum and choose (set-up)  English from there ? Anyway, you can follow the forum from Internet, this is what i do...

Language already set to English. According to reply from Samsung this can not be changed as it is the default language from where the phone was originally sourced from. I do not see why Samsung can not do a firmware update to fix it. It surely is not that difficult. Or they will not. Poor customer service.

I still have the problem of Portugese being the unchangeable language. I find it unacceptable that this is so. You have to have a way of changing it.

I visited the samsung store in the UK and the 'engineer's' there have never seen anything like it

I bought the phone from UAE and it was perfectly fine them i had to go for a trip to Russia and when i came back everything in tips was is Russian

Yes i added the Russian Sim to my UAE sim
