Ims has stopped working

I have a s9 and since the August security patch update the Ims service message keeps coming up, my battery life has dramatically reduced and there are general problems with the phone, such as freezing, which were not present prior to the update. I have tried clearing both data and cache, restarting my phone, restarting in safe mode, rebooting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes Bro, thanks you, we let them a few options there, let customer to try some options before, but I had a "No Sim" message few years ago in a home device because the old car had a different size and was adapted to the new requirements of Sim Card Size in the new mobile phone socket. After to change for a new and a new real size Sim Card message stopped to me.
