Galaxy J5 icons on S9+

I have just purchased a S9 plus. Previously I was using a J5 (with Android 5.1.1). I would like to use the default icons as displayed on my j5 on my s9plus. I have searched through the icons available on the s9plus but none of them match these. Could you tell me where I can find/ transfer/download these icons? Thanks

@samquest: To be honest you're not likely to find an older Android aesthetic as a theme on your S9 Plus, although I recommend checking Settings > Wallpapers and Themes > Themes to explore the available options.
