Hi @Arty62. The first thing to do is to make sure that you have the Master sync turned on: Swipe down from the top of the screen > Toggle on Master Sync icon. Then go in to Email app > 3 Orange lines > Gear icon > Select account > Sync schedule > Set sync schedule > Auto. If this doesn't work, go in to Settings > Apps > Email > Storage > Clear cache/data and restart the phone and set up your Email again, making sure that it is synced. Hope this helps!
I have cleared the cache and data in the Samsung s9plus email app and set up my optusnet.com.au email again however same problem. Can not send??
Emails received OK.
SMTP outgoing settings all appear to be as suggested by optusnet??
Where is the function here to send screen shot of error??
Is there a group that can assist.
