Amazing, tried a bunch of tips from other message boards, several from Samsung employee's even and dit not solve it. This solved it instantly for my headset (Marshall Monitor Bluetooth). THANKS!!!!!
I have Jabra Halo Smart, Bluetooth 4.1 and Samsung Galaxy S10.
My old Note5 recognized them without a problem, apparently to pair them with S9 (my wife's) or with my S10 you need to hold the power key while turning them on. Then it will say "ready to connect to device" (put the headphones in your ears) and shockingly I was able to pair my Jabra Halo Smart with Samsung S10, thanks for this post
