S20 Upgrade Lounge Issues

Keep trying to upgrade my s10 plus to the new S20 however everytime I get to the klarna page where it asks certain details boom the tab crashes and I complete the upgrade anyone else having the same problem?

Klarna will be resolving the issue regarding multiple credit searches following investigations with Transunion on Monday, once resolved we will remove all the incorrect searches

If you could sort this issue out that would be fantastic and all here would be truly greatly, I and many others are stuck where we want the phone, applied  for the phone and got accepted and DD setup I actually did click to sign the agreement that wasn't my issue the website just seemed to hang after. Double deposits on hold and DD setup with email confirmation.

We don't want or need to have more credit checks like i say i have re-mortgage soon and the better your credit rating the better the rate so will NOT try to go through the process again.

If you could get Samsung / Klarna to contact us with a resolution to our issues or PM us with an update would be great.

Thanks for your effort at least you are trying on Samsungs behalf to sort this mess out.

@Rosieg , @H0v1s  and everyone on the thread. I know @CarlH  has dropped you all a PM now so that your cases can be picked up, we'll be pushing this from the Community and get you back on track. With what you share, and if you want us to, we will share a summary of your experience with Klarna and work out what your next steps are to get this fixed. 

 

I am signing off for a bit now. But will be back tomorrow and talking with Samsung Shop and Klarna (armed with your cases discussed with our mods - if you've replied! *nudge*). We'll be monitoring this  for you until its fixed!

 

If anyone needs some help, give us a shout on here.

Hi All

 

Im in the exact same boat. 4x applications using (edge/EE/Chrome/Firefox) and 4x deposits taken along with 4x hard searches, though like the majority I was unable to sign the agreement. Spoke to Samsung, they blamed Klarna and said wait, spoke to Klarna and they swiftly returned the deposist though could offer not more help apart from saying they will email me, the email arrived just saying they have issues and was no help at all.

 

Stuck in limbo now really with no help coming from either side. I am not willing to apply again.
