Hi all, it seems like people are starting to receive their buds- I had a text and email from Samsung on the 12th March advising that my claim had been validated. However, still no buds (I know it says 30 days)- infuriatingly though when you go into 'track my claim' it does not give a tracking number for the courier- which would put my mind at ease. I figure they are shipping direct from China. Are there any mods who are able to advise how, if at all, to obtain the tracking number?
If so, please do advise and I'll PM you my number/ email address.
Anyone else in a similar situation?

Can you not ask them to put them in a safe place, or a neighbour? Or just take the day off work

From my experience, the delivery driver did not read the note I put on the door, (and it's also a security risk telling people you're not at home!), I should do what I did- wait for the failed delivery/ or pre-empt it and email urgent@thedx.co.uk asking if you can pick up from depot- assuming there is one near you and you are happy to do so!

Also not complaining , out of interest... Has anyone that was validated on the 16th recieved them yet or even been changed to processed?

I was Validated on the 14th Still nothing. So day 22 now. 8 days left! Samsung have disappointed their fan base who purchased these on day one.

Aparrently they did arrive for me yesterday. With no change from Validated on the 10th and no shipping or delivery notice.

I've been at validated since the 14th, I've been emailing the claims team every day for the last week, the replies used to say wait 30 days, the last one said that they would be dispatched next week. If they are then Samsung will just be inside the 30 days, Friday being day 30. I can't see how anyone validated after the 14th will get theirs in time.
I'll send claims an email this afternoon, just to check that the situation has not changed.

Yep still saying Validated and no further emails.
