It's been over 30 days now and still not heard anything about delivery of my galaxy buds yet. Is anyone else still waiting?

Yes some people do seem to be still waiting for the free Galaxy Buds @Deano6 

 

It sounds like a supply and demand scenario.

 

Did you buy the phone directly from Samsung or was it supplied by a network as part.of a new contract / upgrade.

 

If via Samsung then I'd suggest to use your Samsung Contact Us options to speak directly with Samsung.

 

If via a mobile network then have a workd with them too.

 

I hope you get them asap.

I emailed them as it's 31 days since my claim was validated and received this 😡

Have spent the day on to customer service, possibly one of the worst experiences of my life. Astonised that a company of Samsung stature would operate so poorly.

Finally got an email from Samsung today, apologising about the delay on the buds because of such high demand. They have now said they will be shipped in the next 10 working days. Fingers crossed
