Claim galaxy buds wrong ean

Got my. Phone 

Trying to claim the buds got error wrong ean altho it's correct.. Tried spaces and no spaces. 

What to do

Don't you mean IMEI ? Enter with no spaces

No ean the 13 digit number.

Same problem here, checked a thousand times, it's 200% correct but keeps telling me it's wrong...

I had to enter an imei number. Not sure what an ean is.

Could you take a screen shot of the form you are filling in? 

Because an EAN Number is!

What is your location, who did you buy from?

Same here. Bought it from Bol.com. keeps claiming my EAN is wrong though it isn't
