so ive tried everything and even called the samsung customer support and ofc they told me its my internet connection im sorry i really am not happy with this i cannot login to my account via my new samsung s10+

So there's no problem with the S10+, that works ?

But you want to log into an account - what account ? Samsung ? Google ?
