Hi all,
I'm curious how well or bad it went for you upgrading from any S9 to any S10 model using Samsungs Upgrade Program.
I live in Germany and my expierence is horrible. Hotline availability is nil with 2h++ waiting time and lousy 9-6 support with no other support chanel offered. I spent close to 8 hours in their hotline now and still couldn't get mobile insurance nor info when or how to send back my old phone.
Anyone who shares a similar fate?
