As for music players I can recommend PowerAmp and Neutron.

Guys, I found this link that could maybe put in contact with some Samsung Devs...

https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/audio-engine-samsung-galaxy-s8s9-t3904527

Don't know if this option still exists on the S9/S10 but il looks to have (or had) a XML setting file stored in /system/etc/soundalive/SoundAlive_Settings.xml

You have to click on the button "CLICK TO SHOW CONTENT" to see all the parameters including:

- Clarity
- Bass Treble
- Vocal Instrumental
- Concert Hall
- Tube Amp Pro
- Sorround
- 9 band EQ with presets configured
- UHQ Upscaler
- Rehampler UHQ
- Dolby Atmos

So the internal Samsung application name looks to be SoundAlive  and following the links, you can find an archive of all the APK version of this software part: https://www.apkmirror.com/uploads/?q=samsung-soundalive

I'm not a Android specialist but:

- maybe we can do a rollback and install an older version of SoundAlive including the Tube Amp Pro and Concert Hall

or

- activate something hidden in the current interface using the XML option...

If you guys can dig a bit it'd be awesome...

Hi @fbessonnat,

This is a great find but there are a few issues. For a user to get to these system files the device would have to be rooted or if rooting is not something that people can or want to do it would require accessing the files via ADB command line which is very powerful but not a viable option as the user would have to access the file via the command line every time they want to turn the feature on or off. These settings do not unhide the options in some sort of interface, they are only backend accessible so therefore going into this xml file, rooted or not, isn't really a viable solution.

Nevertheless, this is a really cool find and if people do want to root their phones or if they already have to do this then it's perfect for them.

Nice catch, I hope that Samsung developers can look into this.

Ok, I am re-posting screenshot here for speaking for other A series users, ( I am also a S8 model owner), check my new A80 model (bought in China 2020), I tried @Elero 's way, Sound Assistant doesn't have "concert hall" option in my phone.
