Same here, in Poland. I can neither enroll for the earbuds nor for the samsung care program. I was able to enroll for some other benefit (audiobook code). It seems the app is made in microservices architecture

than keep trying i guess.. I had the problem that it kept telling me i wasnt eligible. but suddenly it worked.

How did you put the date in? No matter what date I put in it kept telling me it was incorrect
