S10 turns off at night and alarm does not ring

Hi All,

My new S10 goes into either a shut down or a deep sleep mode..

Because of this my alarm does not ring in the morning..

How does one prevent the S10 from going into deep sleep

Bizzarely, after having months of my alarm not working and trying to change all the settings under the sun (unsuccessfully) my alarm has now decided to start working! I had an update before going on holiday so maybe it was that or even having a 7 hour time difference may have shocked my clock into working. It was an update that triggered my alarm fault so I am guessing the last update rectified it. It is the most frustrating problem and I hope it gets sorted out for everyone soon.

How? My auto restart isn't on and I've been late to work twice this week cuz the phone restarted during the night.

Hi, I have just got my S10 and copied my alarm settings across from my S8 which worked fine. Now when my first alarm is due it wakes me up by playing my Ringtone rather than the alarm tone that is set up. When I go to dismiss it it says phone is starting up?
