S10+ Camera Pro Mode

Could someone help with a link or video to using the S10+ camera in pro mode. I'd like to learn how to use it properly. And shoot with effect like motion blur

It is almost impossible to get motion blur with electronic shutter as it reads the image line by line and when you move with the camera the image is the deformed.

Generally it works like:

1. set time to 1/125s
2. set ISO and F to correct values
3. focus on the moving object (manually!)
4. follow the object in the viewfinder (screen)
5. when you follow the object press trigger - do not stop moving!

Then the moving object shooud be sharp and backgroud shoul be blueer by the motion.
