Received Buds yesterday but seal on box brocken.

Got my buds delivered yesterday. Opened the padded envelope and took the box out. Straight away noticed the seal brocken. Opened the box and to my surprise the actual buds are missing.

The padded envelope had no signs of tampering.

Contacted Samsung Promotions straight away and am waiting for a contact/ outcome.

Has anyone else experienced such problem?

Yes one person Posred on here said his buds were actually used

I've seen a tweet where the poster said the seal on the box was broken.

 

I've not seena post where a person has said that the Buds were missing from the parcel however. 

 

Is the charging case missing too ?
