My galaxy buds havent arrived in Australia yet, it has been over 30 days.

 

I haven't received my email or sms to say they have been shipped yet

Did you buy them directly from a Samsung Online Store in your country ? 》 if so there will be a contact telephone number to ask for an order update.

 

The Team here cannot help with Online Sales.

 

Did you choose them as part of an upgrade or new contract deal with a Mobile Phone Network  ? 》 if so you'll need to contact the customer services of that Network and check their T&C's @Ange80

The same thing has happened to me and I have been trying to call them for the past 3 days in excess of 10 times, been put on hold for 20mins and then hung up on without even getting to speak to anyone. I have also emailed the promotions team several times and this is day 3 amd not even a courtesy reply. I have been a samsung customer for years amd this is terrible customer service and treatment for their "valued" customers. I'm actually trying to call them now and still om hold an on the 20min mark they will hang up on me.
