Unfortunately we will not be able to compare your case with any other case . However there might be slight delays on updating the Claim status on the website.
With regards your reward, we are aiming for your parcel to be dispatched by 12th April 2019 and we will notify you via email and text message once the parcel has left the fulfilment centre.
