In pretty sure like with most things you have a 14 day cooling off period where you can cancel. I would do it sooner rather than later though.

This whole thing is quite disappointing. I spoke to someone on the chat and they said I won't be getting the earbuds if I upgrade. I'm tempted to wait for the email but at the same time I don't want the phone to sell out.
Very poor way to reward loyal customers, Samsung.
I dont have Twitter but someone should tweet the head of sales or something to confirm the ear buds. I just keep hearing claim via app or you will not get it for upgrades.
IVE MANAGED TO ORDER MINE
I've been constantly refreshing the upgrade lounge link on Google chrome and it just kept coming up with the "choose your handset then we'll check the condition of your phone" etc
I opened the link on a different browser and got reset back to the page where you put your close brothers number and surname. And low and behold managed to get the whole upgrade done
