Galaxy Buds Claim non preorder

Hi.I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10+today from EE.was told by ee to fill in claim form but the only claim form I can find in benefits is if you pre ordered even though the promotion has changed. Any help??

Must be a formin EE’s Web site, what did they say you could claim. Think Samsung changed the offer to a charger after the Bud promotion?

I would call and confirm what you can claim.

I'm finding myself in exactly the same situation.

The offer clearly is for anyone purchasing an S10 / S10+ from 01/04/2019 can claim for the buds. No mention of any pre-order requirement in the terms and conditions. When you go to the Samsung Members app and click on Benefits > Claim those Galaxy Buds its clear from the start that offer is for pre-orders only and doesnt reflect the Ts & Cs https://www.samsung.com/uk/galaxy-s10-offer/terms/

EE’s Web site is very confusing I must admit, Earbuds and a charger !! But how would anyone go about making the claim.

You can only claim for earbuds post 1st April if it's the two higher storages eg not the 128gb version as that isn't part of the promotion
