It's just a process of elimination to rule out the sim card.
So as per my screenshot you do see the same in your phone apps dialer pad.

I think the SIM might be faulty... see below with just the O2 SIM in the phone (slot 1).
Yes that's the same as mine.
I've put the 2nd sim mobile number in...
Settings > Connections > Sim card Manager > Dial Sim Always On > Phone > Key in the mobile number.
