I initially had it in another phone where it was working, but didnt want to carry two. I dont currently have another phone to test, but I can give it a try later if I can find one.

Ok @SteakNinja

 

It's just a process of elimination to rule out the sim card.

 

So as per my screenshot you do see the same in your phone apps dialer pad.

Yes, see the above reply of my dial pad. Mine looks slightly different because I have associated an image to each SIM, but its the same thing. SIM 2 does seem to say Unknown in settings though, instead of its phone number.

Yes that's the same as mine.

 

I've put the 2nd sim mobile number in...

 

Settings > Connections > Sim card Manager > Dial Sim Always On > Phone > Key in the mobile number.

 

Have you done this ?

I did do that from the start, but it didnt seem to work. There was some confusion with the SIM, as my office had two numbers on contract for me... its possible that they gave me the wrong number for the SIM.
Yours also says Unknown?
