I am using Samsung note 9 android phone and every search I do on any app or service using my phone  all return articles and web results for either India or Australia. All my settings are set to UK and English. I've reset uninstalled and cleared data and cache. It make no difference. Also my ip location always says greater London or private. I am so annoyed frustrated and fed up because I've tried everything. Samsung and Google haven't replied to me after continuous emails and feedbacks. I just was not to know what's going on as I'm worried I have a virus or have been hacked? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for delay. It's a o2 contract phone.

That's weird then if your location is set to the UK.

As o2 supplied the phone it's them that you need to approach for further assistance.

Either they sort this out in an o2 Highstreet Store or swap out the phone.
