Please try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On.
If that does not help and your certain everything is toggled On then put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see if it works.
If it does then one or.more of your apps are causing issues.
Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent apps one at a time until it works again.
If not then a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help.
