Cashback fiasco

Bought a note 9 10.12.18 tried to claim cashback was having a problem with some info they wanted. Went on live chat with technical support who could not solve issue was promised a manager would call never did. I emailed the ceo explained problem was told would get a call never did. Been on messenger still waiting for a reply after 3 days. Today 15.12.18 been on live chat still couldn't resolve issue was told would get a call immediately 2hrs layer still nothing so the phone in now in the hands of dpd sent back for a refund. I never realised customer service was this bad. As for the cashback why don't they just knock the price off the phone to start with save people time and hassle. This is the last time I buy any Samsung product customer service is a joke

It's not good that promised follow up calls were not carried out @Anonymous User

 

On launch day of the Note 9 I opted to collect it from my local UK Samsung Experience Store and handed them my Samsung Galaxy s8 and they knocked off £300 from the Note 9. 

 

I found this to be a cleaner exercise than sending it off.

Problem still not fully resolved awaiting a new phone ordered Friday still no confirmation of order and cashbook deal finishes tomorrow so still think Samsung customer service is full of 💩
