screen dims even if auto brightness is off

i always have auto brightness set to off and max brightness on every single device, but on the note 10+ i notice the screen dimming in games even though auto brightness is off, i can clearly notice the brightness going down sometimes.

I have same problem. Also noticed every time it dims there is a blue light around the edges of the screen. I even turned on high performance, to make sure no power saving was taking place. Turned of edge lighting, turned off auto-correct brightness. Nothing works. Insanely frustrating.

i have max performance too with +10 brightness overall i am not happy with this display i have set it to the coldest setting possible i have turned green and red down to 0 under advanced it's still way too warm for me

Hi mate this is happening to me on my S10+.Did u find out what was wrong? I've got mine on high performance and adaptive power settings are off.Only happens when I play games.Thanks
