the Note10 seems to have a strange WiFi issue which causes certain apps to crash. Examples in my case are Google Cloud Print and Google Pay in combination with Commerzbank App (for approving the sign in). If WiFi is disabled, the apps do not crash.
This issue is also reported in other forum, also at google, but as different apps are affected, I think its an issue with the Note10. Is Samsung aware of this issue and when can we expect a patch for it?
Hey @stna1981! Have you tried clearing the cache of the 3 apps? Settings > Apps > The 3 apps that keep crashing > Storage > Clear cache. Also, make sure that the Note 10 is running on the latest software version by heading to: Settings > Software update > Download updates manually.
Hi @CarloL The phone is up-to-date and all apps have been cleared and re-installed. Moreover, it would not make sense that a caching issue causes such a strange issue that only occurs when WiFi is enabled, but not when WiFi is disabled.
