Why when i go to dial number unsaved numbers come up

I have just got new phone and went to dial a number and unsaved numbers come up. That means I have to of contacted that number correct?

@Ja23: Was the phone purchased used/second hand? Are the numbers visible in the phone's log (Apps > Phone > Recents)?
