Smart Switch did not transfer all my previous albums

I recently switched from a Note9 to a Note10+. As always I use the Smart Switch app to sync and transfer the data from the previous phone. I realised that not all the albums in the gallery app was recovered. I am missing the screenshots album from my Note9 and the only Screenshots album is for the new Note10. 

I back-up my data in Google and Samsung Account before using the Smart Switch. Anyway of recovering the missing

Hi @arie911. Sorry to hear about the missing screenshots. Did you manually select the latest files when you went through backup? Also, did you backup the files on the phone regularly?

To transfer all photos from your old Samsung phone to the new Samsung phone, the direct and safe way is using mobile phone transfer, if you have a computer. After you install it on your computer, start it. Connect both of Samsung phones to the same computer via usb cables. A deep scan later, you can transfer all photos as you will.
