Hi.

I have using note 3 and note 5 before.  I was very happy with music app very good quality and many settings and effects.  Brilliant. 

Why in my new note 10 + for 1200€ is poor equalizer only?

It's a really big stinky sh.. sorry puzzle...about souln and bluetooth cutoff link...but only in some situations

Dear @Pawelapis can you download the following update ? for your Note 10 and take a screenshot of what it does to see if it will resolve the part of your puzzle !!!

@RpBP  i read everything both of you are writing each day. If i did'nt add any comments from now it's because my english is really bad specially with technicals terms BUT i really appreciate this exchange .

Also, i can't  post any screenshot because everything is in French language exactly like my auto message.

@RpBP   and @Pawelapis @ i will check music features for the Note 10+  and see if there is more options to adjust sound quality on my American Note 10+

Thanks but it's  only adapt Sound which is turned on. 

I'm looking for an answer : why polish fellows can enjoy full rangę of settings but irish not?

If you choose Personalised equalizer 

It will  give you this

If you update Adapt sound and choose  30-60 years old

It will  give you this

Do you really need more settings adjustments  ?

And yes I need more settings. I like deep juicy bass. I can't listen it in note10+.  Music sound like double cassette player from 80's.

See this screenshot from Poland.  They have 'sound alive ' they have equalizer basic and advanced.  There's amp pro and other effects.

I invite  good Moderators like @AndrewL  or @AntS @ on this post because they can adress your request to Samsung's managers. It would  be a good feature if they decide to add this functionality for us

This is the maximum I can do for now but you got a interesting point.
