My USB-C Port on my phone is loose as my music will stop playing and then won't recognise the earphones so I have to take them out and put them back in again. Sometimes when I put the charger in, it'll say that it's charging and then a few seconds later say that it's charging.

Anyone else with the same issue?

Check there's no debris or fluff in the port.

A soft paintbrush can coax out most foreign bodies.

If the tip on removing lint etc from the port does not help then I'd suggest to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for support.

Please don't go digging around inside the port.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hi, you've confirmed a worry of mine.  I've bought the S10 plus 5 g outright and within 7 days experienced exactly the same as you. Luckily I can get a refund.   I want to use the same but new phone but now I feel this faulty usb c connection is systemic!!!!

Hi,

I am also experiencing this and it's very frustrating. If you just move the cable or if your using wired headphones it disconnects and reconnect. I have to rely on wireless charging. It feels like the type C connector doesn't go in all the way.Have to say its disappointing for a flagship phone.
