I had the same problem. The easy way to do is to download samsungdex and install it on a pc. Then connect your phone to the pc and go to the setting>software download via SamsungDex on the PC. Quickly it takes the phone to the download that I was waiting for it about a month!!!

Hope it works for you as well.

I downloaded firmware from sammobile yesterday. The file was more than 5GB and I had to go through odin. But the current update that was downloaded via phone its is about 1.5 GB.

So far so good to have android 10 on my note 10+ 5G (uk BTU version).

Had a sony xperna 5 before Christmas with Andoid10 update due dec19 that came Late December that was on voda so maybe it will be late Jan. Who knows but vodafone is Sloooooooooooo.

When you ask them, they send you to a link and they advise they  don't comment on SW updates.
