60fps recording a lot softer

So owning Note 10 plus exynos for a bit over the month.And one issue I was hoping Samsung had fixed in Android 10 was the blurriness when recording at 60fps specially indoors. 30fps looks sharp and crispy where 60fps looks like captured with dirty camera lens. Went in Three store and on the Note 10 plus  there still was the same issue on other device

I owned every Samsung from galaxy s6  and over years gained  a lot of trust to company. But starting to regret every cent I spent on Note 10 plus. 

 

As well was expecting a lot more from the battery life.

I've also noticed this ever since I had my Note 8.

 

I just thought it was a downside of having a smoother 60fps recording.. That's why I rarely use it. I only switch to 60fps when I want to record some landscape or something still
